Made to order

UNCMN garments are made to order. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preferences, or a size or color selected incorrectly at checkout. Please review the product’s size guide and your shipping details before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email uncmn.app@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We recommend contacting us within 14 days of delivery so we have time to investigate with our fulfillment partner. This requested reporting period does not limit your statutory rights. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where warranted.

Cancellations & address changes

Please do not send an item back without contacting us for instructions. Contact us immediately for cancellation or address-change requests; changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins.
